Clovis Point Wine Dinner

Clovis Point is a fairly new addition to the Long Island wine scene. Do not, however, think that they aren't a serious player. They are so committed to improving the quality of their vines and their wines that they are putting all of the proceeds of their sales back into the business. Aside from being confident that they are in the right place at the right time, they make some good juice! We have selected some of our favorites to pair with a special menu. Come and visit with the winemaker and learn about the direction they are heading. - $75 plus tax & Gratuity

Claudia has reprinted her hard to find cookbook "The Last Course" and we are selling it here at the restaurant! Soon we will have the resources to be able to ship to you but for now you'll have to come and visit. Not a bad time to sample several of her desserts to decide which you'll make first. There is also the added bonus of having her around to sign it for you! - $40 plus tax
